Earthquake tremors in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir
A 3.9-magnitude earthquake hit the Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) reports that the earthquake happened at 9:34 p.m.
“There have been no reports of fatalities or property damage,” the spokesperson stated. “It occurred at latitude 33.05 degrees north and longitude 76.18 degrees east,” said the NCS.
The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) announced on X, “Earthquake of Magnitude: 3.9, Occurred on 16-11-2023, 09:34:19 IST, Lat: 33.05 and Long: 76.18, Depth: Doda, Jammu and Kashmir.”
