4,435 new cases were reported nationwide, according to data made public by the Union Health Ministry a day earlier, on Wednesday (April 5). With it, 15 individuals perished.
Currently, there are 25,587 active cases nationwide, according to the most recent data from Corona. Likewise, six people have passed away from corona infection in the past day.
