PM Modi distributes over 1 lakh appointment letters at Rozgar Mela, says recruitment process completely transparent now

Rozgar Mela: More than a lakh persons received appointment letters from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday as part of the Rozgar Mela. This is the Central Government’s twelfth and final employment fair before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

In a virtual speech, Prime Minister Modi stated, “Today’s youth understand that they can carve out a place for themselves if they work hard.” We have been working to involve youth in development as partners since 2014. Compared to the previous government, we have created 1.5% more employment.

According to Modi, it used to take a very long time for the employment letter to be issued once the job posting was published. Bribery was also rife during the period, taking advantage of the delay. We have now fully transparently implemented the recruitment process in the Government of India.

PM Modi handed over joining letters to more than 70 thousand youth in the seventh Rozgar Mela

Over 70,000 young people received joining letters from PM Modi today at the seventh Rozgar Mela. At 10:30 am, PM Modi accessed the program via video conferencing. It was organized in 44 locations across more than 20 states.

What departments will receive appointment letters

According to information provided to the PMO in a statement, these appointment letters will be distributed at 45 locations across the nation for new appointments. These appointment letters were given out for the posts of teacher, lecturer, nurse, nursing officer, doctor, pharmacist, and radiographer, as well as other technical and paramedical positions, in addition to the categories of positions already filled. A significant number of vacancies in various Central Armed Police Forces are also being filled by the Ministry of Home Affairs through this employment fair (CAPFs).

Developing India by 2047 is the goal
