The fact that Captain Amarinder Singh has been chief minister twice in Punjab. He served as Chief Minister for almost nine and a half years. The Captain then founded Punjab Lok Congress, a new political party. subsequently ran for office in coalition with the BJP, but along with his candidate, the Captain also came in last.
