On August 28, a pivotal contest against Pakistan will serve as the Asia Cup team’s opening match under the leadership of Rohit Sharma. After four years, Asia Cup is going to be held. This particular tournament is being played in a T20 format across two locations. The Sharjah Cricket Stadium will hold four matches from August 27 to September 11 while the Dubai International Cricket Stadium will host nine matches, including the championship game.
It is the most successful team in the tournament, with seven championships. The event will be placed in the T20 format this time around, as opposed to the ODI format that was used for the last edition.
