On Thursday, the company announced that Kavin Shah and other high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) were also participating in the round. However, Nikhil Kamath and Pai have not yet disclosed the amount invested.

MIT TR35 Innovator Aakash Sinha founded Omnipresent, which so far has flown 51 km of HPCL pipelines using drones. Omnipresent also serves RIL, IOCL, and BPCL.
The company’s drones are used at several ADB plants, UltraTech Cement plants, as well as Adani Green Energy.

A drone spraying technology was provided by Omnipresent to the government in 2021 to counter locust attacks. The company developed a solution that monitors crop diseases to enable targeted spraying that could increase crop yield by as much as 20%.
Aside from developing perception and navigation software for Chandrayaan-2, the company was a founding member of the prestigious Chandrayaan-2 project. The founding director of Omnipresent, Sinha, said, “We are pleased to partner with Gruhas, and we are confident that we will revolutionize the drone industry under the leadership of such experienced partners.”
