The LG has mandated that the Aam Aadmi Party pay back Rs 97 crore with interest. The Chief Secretary has been instructed to follow the Supreme Court’s rules in the order issued by the LG office.

The Delhi LG has also ordered that government employees, rather than private persons, should operate “SHABDARTH,” which runs adverts. Actually, the Supreme Court’s 2015 ruling, the Delhi High Court’s 2016 ruling, and the CCRGA’s 2016 ruling all had a role in the Lieutenant Governor’s direction.
