According to tipster Ross Young, the iPhone 14 will feature a 6.06-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1170 x 2532 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. With the same size display, the iPhone 14 Pro will get a 120Hz refresh rate. The top-end iPhone 14 Pro Max is said to sport a larger 6.68-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Apple will offer a new chipset in the iPhone 14 series like every year. Chipset is expected to be called A16 Bionic. According to the leak, the chipset could be fabricated using a 4nm or 3nm manufacturing process. However, there is a possibility that Apple will stick with the 5nm chipset since production issues with the TSMC 4nm/3nm chipsets are surfacing.

Apple increased the storage capacity of its iPhone 13 series to 1TB. A report is now claiming that the storage on iPhone 14 Pro will increase to 2TB. RAM can be increased on the Pro model up to 8GB and on the regular model up to 6GB. It has also been reported that the iPhone 14 Pro can include a high-resolution main camera.
