Farmers in urban areas will now have to pay only *3/unit (fixed charge *65/horsepower) instead of paying *6/unit (fixed charge *130/horsepower) for private tube wells with metered connections. The decision of the Chief Minister directly benefits about 13 lakh consumers of tube wells.

Big decision of CM Yogi government, strike ban in Uttar Pradesh for six months
