Corona India News: 13 percent reduction in corona cases, 1,49,394 new patients found in 24 hours

There has been a decrease in new Corona cases in India a day later. There were 1,49,394 new Corona infections reported in the country today. A decrease of 13 percent has been observed in new Corona cases compared to yesterday, i.e. Thursday. Yesterday, 1,72,433 new Corona cases were reported.

Active cases decreased by 14,35,569

The Ministry of Health reported that 1,072 patients died from Covid19 in the last 24 hours. In the same period of time, 2,46,674 patients were cured as well. Corona’s active cases currently number 14,35,569 throughout the country. A 9.27% decline in daily positivity has also been noted. In the meantime, the total number of dead reached 5,00,055.

On Thursday, 16,11,666 samples were tested

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) reported yesterday that 16,11,666 samples were tested for Coronavirus in India. A total of 73,58,04,280 samples have been tested since yesterday.

6.8% jump in new COVID-19 cases in India, 1,72,433 cases in last 24 hours

Covid 19 Cases in India: In the last 24 hours, there have been 1,72,433 reports of Corona. A 6.8 percent increase has been recorded in Corona cases as well. Already, 167.87 crore vaccination doses have been administered as part of the nationwide vaccination campaign. 1533,921 active cases are currently reported in India. At present, the recovery rate stands at 95.14 percent. This country has a positivity rate of 10.99%.

There have been 2,59,107 cures of Corona in the last 24 hours. As of today, 3,97,70,414 patients have been cured. So far, 73.41 crore corona tests have been done. During the last 24 hours, 1008 people have died from Corona. A total of 498,983 deaths have been recorded over the same period. More than 190 countries have been identified as having the Coronavirus, which includes India.

The Corona virus has affected more than 38 crores 14 lakh people so far. Over 56 lakh people have died as a result of the virus. Infections with the new variant Omicron of Covid-19 are increasing in India and many other countries. In India, a vaccination campaign against Corona is underway.

Slight decline in daily cases of Covid, 2.51 lakh new cases registered in a day

There are still more than 2.5 lakh cases of Coronavirus in India. As compared to Thursday, however, the number of new cases has decreased. Data released on Friday shows that 2,51,209 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the country during the last 24 hours. The number is 12 percent lower than the new cases reported on Thursday. 2,86,384 cases of infection were reported yesterday.

The Ministry of Health reports that 627 patients died from infections in the last 24 hours. There have been 4,92,327 deaths in the country as a result of Corona.

Active cases also decreased due to more patients recovering than new cases during the last 24 hours. Currently, 21,05,611 patients in the country are undergoing treatment for Corona. Active Cases account for 5.18 percent of all cases. The recovery rate is 93.60 percent.

The numbers show that 3,47,443 patients were cured in a day, a good thing. 3,802,471 people have successfully fought the infection so far.

There are currently 15.88 percent daily infections and 17.47 percent weekly infections. As of today, 72.37 crore Corona tests have been conducted across the nation, including 15,82,307 in the past 24 hours.

Omicron becomes dominant variant after Delta outbreak

The Center reports that most cases of Coronavirus coming out in the country now are Omicron variants, and currently it is the dominant variant. Over the last month, most cases in the country have been of Omicron. At the same time, the government acknowledged that the delta variant continues to spread in large numbers.

2.86 lakh cases of corona registered in a day, active cases above 22 lakh

In India, there are more than 22 lakh active cases (22,02,472). As a result, there has been a decrease in active cases over the last 24 hours as a result of the increased number of cured patients over new cases. The number of cases in active status is 5.46 percent.

306 357 patients have been cured in the last 24 hours. The infection has affected 3,76,77,328 people. Recoveries are 93.33 percent. The daily infection rate, i.e. the daily positivity rate, is 19.59 percent, while the weekly infection rate is 17.75 percent.

There have been 163.84 crore doses of vaccine administered during the campaign. In terms of testing so far, there have been 72.21 crore tests, including 14,62,261 tests conducted during the last 24 hours.

BJP MP Gautam Gambhir has been diagnosed with Corona disease. 3.37 lakh new cases of corona in India, Omicron cases cross 10 thousand

There is also a significant number of patients who recover from Corona. There have been 2,42,676 Corona cures during the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of Corona patients to 3,63,01,482. In addition, the country’s daily positivity rate stands at 17.22 percent, while its weekly positivity rate is 16.65 percent.

As a result, 71.34 crore tests have been conducted in the country for Corona investigation. The country has conducted 19,60,954 tests in the last 24 hours.

Delhi Corona News: All private offices in Delhi will be closed, restaurant-bar will also be banned

Delhi Corona Update: New cases of Corona are reported almost every day in the capital of the country, Delhi. In Delhi, more than 20 thousand cases are reported daily. To control the Corona infection, night curfews and weekend lockdowns were imposed in Delhi. On Monday, a decision was made to further tighten Delhi’s restrictions at the DDMA meeting. The decision has been made to close all private offices in Delhi.

This order was given by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA). According to this order, only those who are exempt will be able to open private offices. All other private office employees in Delhi will work from home (WFH). The current private offices had 50% capacity, 50% of employees were working from home.

There have been 14,77,913 cures, while 25177 Corona patients have died. Corona deaths in Delhi have dropped to 1.60 percent.

New Deltacron variant of Corona made by mixture Omicron and Delta, which has seen 25 cases so far

Among the worldwide havoc caused by Omicron, another variant of the Coronavirus has spread. In Cyprus, a new version of Covid-19 called Deltacron has appeared. The GISAID International Database Center has received samples of 25 DeltaCron cases in the European country of Cyprus for further analysis. The centers have been closely monitoring this variant since January 7. The University of Cyprus stated in a Bloomberg article that it was made from a mix of Omicron and Delta variants.

Professor Levondios Kostriks, a Biology Science professor at the University of Cyprus, said the strain was a result of the union of Delta and Omicron. Besides being a university professor, he is also director of the Biotechnology Molecular Virology Center in Cyprus.

There are two dominant variants in the world right now, Omicron and Delta, and this new variant is a mixture of the two. Deltacron is the name of the variant. An omicron-like genetic trait was added to the delta genome as the result of the addition of a variant.

Thus far, Kostrix’s team has identified 25 such cases. People who have been hospitalized for Covid-19 infection have a higher chance of having this infection, in comparison to those who haven’t. An international database has been consulted for further study of the 25 cases. The infection or lethality of this variant must be determined. This variant has not yet been responded to by the World Health Organization.

Whether the variant is more sick or remains more contagious will be seen in the future, according to Costrix. How effective it is compared to Delta and Omicron remains to be seen. In my view, however, this strain will also fall short of Omicron, a highly contagious Corona strain.
